Why CAN bus?

On post-2002 Porsche 996 Turbo models, oil temperature data exists on the vehicle CAN network but is not exposed via standard OBDII. This controller accesses the data directly, providing faster and more accurate readings for performance driving and engine monitoring.

Installation

Connects to the vehicle CAN bus at an appropriate access point. Installation requires basic automotive electrical knowledge. Professional installation is recommended.
